Tammy Martin's father passed away suddenly last Thursday. Papa Joe, as everyone knew him, was a sage source of advice and support for his family, and they are making plans to say farewell.
When a Navajo family member passes away, everyone gathers to plan and contribute funds to cover the costs of the services.
