You want a sash belt class; we want to hold one! We've arranged that with master sash belt weaver Oraña Begay!
The class will be held on three Sundays, April 6th, 13th, and 27th. The plan is that you will finish a small first piece, like a key chain or lanyard, and plan for a second larger piece by the end of class.
Tuition is $300 and includes the use of a weaving frame while you are in class. We have eight places available for in-person students and we're open for two virtual students.

Thank you, City of Gallup workers, for clearing our sidewalk at 6 this morning.
We shovel the sidewalk around our store, including the El Morro Theatre and Events Center, and along the walkway during weekends and when they're busy with other work. They return the favor during their working hours.
We may never be a tony shopping district, but Gallup MainStreet Arts & Cultural District has advantages!

Here's a glimpse of last night's snow squall. We have no idea why someone was on the sidewalk at 2 AM. Today's forecast calls for wind and scattered snow showers. Stay home. Weave, knit, crochet, embroider, and drink warm beverages. The online store is open 24 hours a day!
